Soft & spongy Banana Cake

Found this banana cake recipe using sponge method, tried and was very happy with the look at it was well baked with nice brown crust, loves cake with brown crust! Texture was a bit densed for my taste but colleagues said it was good. Reduced 70gm of sugar, could have tasted better if bit sweeter.
