Abc soup is a common delicacy amongst Chinese, it is simple to boil and very nutritious. Children love it since they were babies as most mummies will boil this soup. Here is a ribbon pasta dish, put into Abc soup with some drizzle of Worcestershire sauce and dried Italian herbs. Garnish with some scallion, and ta-da, a nice pasta is ready for the hungry mouths!

Steam chicken with Bentong ginger
Steam chicken is a common specialty amongst Canton cuisine. This steam chicken is done with lots of Bentong ginger that even hubby is screaming of spiciness. Next time have to reduce to using young ginger.

Mum's delicious dishes
My mum is an excellent cook, and very passionate to cook for all of us everyday. She cooks these dishes, with lots of love. This is a chicken dish cooked with oregano, onions and tomato sauce, best tasting and very juicy.
My mum also makes best tasting and spongy fish paste always, which are troublesome to do. They are freshly used with stir fries, or Yong tau foo.

Peranakan Mansion, Penang
This Peranakan mansion has so much kitchenwares and utensils left behind, made it a little worthwhile to have paid RM20 per pax as entrance fees. Wished could bring some of these nostalgic utensils back home.
